The web is great, but sometimes it can be over whelming…that is why we have contact info at the top of every page. Don’t hesitate to call….Remember….to call if you have any problems, or have any questions. Our staff is the best in the business!
Everything sold on TheRepairLoft.com is new….We do not sell anything that is used or refurbished. Many sites sell used and/or reconditioned items but we don’t. Therefore, any item that is returned must be new and unused for a full refund. If the item has been used, and/or package has been damaged when opened there will be a 15 percent restocking fee.
The item returned will be refunded if it meets the following criteria:
the item is new, returned with an RA# (return authorization number) and received by our returns department within 30 days of when the item was purchased.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Once again…you must have an RA# to return the item. If it has no RA# then our returns department cannot process the package. How do you get an RA#? Simply send over an email requesting one. That’s it.
